Cyaxares

My latest fractal. I was thinking I might have left too much negative space between the sides, but I'm actually pretty happy with the coloring, shapes, and the general concept of this fractal. It's probably one of my favorite pieces. It also reminded me of an updated, slightly different version of Porcelain, which is also one of my favorites.

As for the title, it comes from the name of an old king that reorganized the Median army. I don't know what it has to do with the image, but I certainly thought it sounded cool. Also, I opted for a white frame with black text (with a drop shadow too...I'm going all out) for some reason. I think it compliments the fractal well. Enjoy.
